Account Executive/Sales Director

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing new clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
  • Adapt to a startup environment’s fast-paced and dynamic nature, embracing change and challenges.

Full Sales Cycle

Lead Generation

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (research, networking, inbound leads).
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage prospects (cold calls, emails, social media).
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently adding new leads and prioritizing each deal stage in the CRM.

Sales Development

  • Nurture and build relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value and address concerns.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.

Account Management

  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation.
  • Regularly communicate with existing clients to foster relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • MSA negotiation to enterprise SaaS at scale.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, contacts, and sales activities efficiently.
