Full Sales Cycle

Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (research, networking, inbound leads).
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage prospects (cold calls, emails, social media).
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently adding new leads and prioritizing each deal stage in the CRM.

Sales Development
- Nurture and build relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value and address concerns.
- Develop proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.

Account Management
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation.
- Regularly communicate with existing clients to foster relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- MSA negotiation to enterprise SaaS at scale.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, contacts, and sales activities efficiently.
